Originally from southern Rhode Island, Nicole has always been drawn to coastal communities and the strong sense of connection they foster, which is why she quickly fell in love with Daniel Island.

 

She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and her Master’s degree in Business from the University of Rhode Island, where she developed a passion for relationship-building, strategic communication, and her business mindset.

 

Five years ago, Nicole relocated to the Charleston area and quickly found her niche in the property management industry on Daniel Island. Today, she works full-time in market development with RealManage, partnering with homeowner association boards and communities across South Carolina to provide professional management solutions that improve operations, transparency, and long-term community success.

 

In addition to her work in community management, Nicole is also a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective on property ownership and community success.

 

Nicole is passionate about building professional relationships and helping others succeed through collaboration and innovative solutions. She enjoys contributing to the continued growth of the coastal communities she now calls home.
