Andrea Sullivan grew up just outside Los Angeles, California, attended the University of Southern California (yes, the other USC), where she earned a B.S. in Urban & Regional Planning & Development. She spent 20 years working as an educational Facilities Planner for K-12 school districts & county offices of education from San Diego to San Francisco overseeing school Facilities Planning, Construction, Maintenance & Operations programs, developing facilities master plans, as well as creating and implementing school bond programs. Andrea has been working as a licensed REALTOR® since 2016.

 

Since moving to Daniel Island in early 2020, Andrea has been dedicated to understanding the communities’ priorities and protecting the quality of life. Andrea was elected by residents to serve as the Daniel Island Neighborhood Association (DINA) President in 2022-2023, and on the Daniel Island Community Association (DICA) Board of Directors since 2023. As a Daniel Island Business Association Board Member, Andrea hopes to help connect more local businesses with residents.

 

Andrea, her husband, Tory, and their three rescue dogs, Sparkles, Olive and Lucky, enjoy all that living on Daniel Island offers, but especially golf cart rides, strolls along the waterfront, playing tennis, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
