Terra Futch

Terra Futch is a Daniel Island attorney and owner of Terra Futch Real Estate Law LLC where she handles both residential and commercial real estate closings, corporate transactions and estate planning. She works with homebuyers, sellers, homebuilders, realtors, lenders, business owners and consumers on all types of real estate matters. Working without a paralegal, she provides personal service and caters to her clients’ needs and schedules and makes herself available on evenings and weekends for phone calls, emails, or closings. When she is not working, Terra stays busy keeping up with her two children, Catherine and Ellis, and her husband, Kevin. This is Terra’s fourth year serving as a DIBA Board member.
