Meet the DIBA Board of Directors
Franchise owner Chuck Lattif brings a vast amount of expertise and a long tradition of building to the greater Charleston area through Coastal Premier Homes, LLC, an independently owned and operated franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Chuck has been in the home building industry for 40 years and building custom homes for over 20 years. Chuck has worked for both large home building companies, and with his own company in the suburbs of Philadelphia and in Delaware. For his home building expertise and community service, Chuck has been recognized numerous times by his industry peers and local governments. Among many awards he has received, is the Best Custom Home under 6,000 square feet by the Main Line Builder’s Association in Pennsylvania. He has served as Chairman of the Historical Architectural Review Board in Lower Merion Township, PA and as President of the Chester and Delaware Counties Home Builder Association in Pennsylvania. Chuck also has the distinction of building Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s home in Greenville Delaware. Chuck is 2017 President of the Board of Directors of the Daniel Island Business Association. Coastal Premier Homes is a preferred builder in Daniel Island and also builds on customer owned property and in fine communities throughout the greater Charleston area.
Pete Harper has lived and worked on Daniel Island since 2002 and has been a DIBA member since 2010. He was an integral part of the development of Downtown Daniel Island and its surrounding retail and office space. Pete works for Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate company, as a Principal for the firm and specializes in office leasing and sales around the Charleston MSA. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a Civil Engineering degree, he worked in general contracting in Boston, MA on the “Big Dig” and then moved to Nashville,TN in 1992 to pursue an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University with an emphasis on real estate finance. Pete made a five year stop in Atlanta, GA to work for a large shopping center developer before moving to Daniel Island in 2003. Pete, his wife, Lee, and their two children, Will and Catlin, all enjoy Charleston in many ways and hope to continue to serve the community as Daniel Island continues to grow.
Kim Fulp is the owner of The Fulp Company, a Tax Consulting firm located on Daniel Island which she established in 2003. She has been a Daniel Island resident since 2001 and has been active in the community. Mrs. Fulp graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Clemson University. She has almost 20 years experience as a tax consultant. Mrs. Fulp has served on the Daniel Island Business Association Board since 2008 and currently serves as its Treasurer.

Terra Futch is a Daniel Island attorney and owner of Terra Futch Real Estate Law LLC where she handles both residential and commercial real estate closings, corporate transactions and estate planning. She works with homebuyers, sellers, homebuilders, realtors, lenders, business owners and consumers on all types of real estate matters. Working without a paralegal, she provides personal service and caters to her clients’ needs and schedules and makes herself available on evenings and weekends for phone calls, emails, or closings. When she is not working, Terra stays busy keeping up with her two children, Catherine and Ellis, and her husband, Kevin. This is Terra’s fourth year serving as a DIBA Board member.
Rachel Urso is the founder of Rachel Urso Real Estate, a five star Charleston based firm located on Daniel Island as well as 25 Broad Street. The firm's focus is in residential, commercial, and Worldwide referral transactions.
You may have seen Rachel on HGTV House Hunters during a “Water Views in Charleston” episode or on ABC Lowcountry Live, TODAY, CNN, FOX, and others as a “Market and Trend Forecaster” during her “Home Sweet SOLD” segments. Rachel is filming her own show's pilot on Daniel Island this spring.

Nicole Stewart is a licensed health, life, Medicare and disability insurance broker. She works for HealthMarkets, which is a national brokerage that specializes in premier carriers. She helps her clients not only finds insurance solutions but helps them, to protect their families and loved ones by protecting them financially.
She is originally from New Jersey, but spent 15 years abroad down in the Caribbean and over in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She was an international educator and continues to be very passionate about education. She merges her passion for insurance and education to help her clients by providing them the knowledge to make well informed decisions.
As well as being a member of the Daniel Island Business Association, she is also on the Elder Resource Council and a member of BNI. She enjoys helping others grow their business!
Darius Kelly is the creative director and owner of Darius Kelly Design, a marketing company focused on delivering impactful creative solutions for small businesses, start-ups, and organizations who are looking to enhance their branding. He received his Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Graphic and Web Design from the Art Institute of Charleston. Since establishing the company in the fall of 2018, Darius has always been passionate about brand development, web design, and digital marketing strategies that help companies grow and stand out amongst competition. Darius currently works with many well known companies in the Charleston area, such as the Cooper River Bridge Run, Friends of the Charleston Library, and Waring Vision Institute, just to name a few. As a Charlestonian, Darius loves to travel, expand his culinary palette by exploring various restaurants, as well as going on adventures.
